Academics

FTCC offers programs of study that prepare you to transfer to a 4-year college or to improve/upgrade job skills to increase your employability. Many of our classes are offered in 8-week sessions allowing you to move through courses at a faster pace.

Advising

Once you select a program, you will be assigned a FTCC faculty who will serve as your academic advisor. This person will guide you on what classes you need to take to complete your program of study.

Class Size

We strive to provide a personal experience for our students. Our average class size is 20 and our student to faculty ratio is 16:1. This means that you will get to know your faculty, who can answer your questions, is available for in-person meetings, and can provide guidance on career opportunities.

Student Success

FTCC strives to provide the resources you need to be successful on campus and beyond graduation. We offer in-person and online tutoring, success coaches assigned to each program, active-duty military and veterans services, student life activities, and much more.
